FAQ

Q.  When will my stuff arrive?

A.  We pride ourselves on our prompt delivery service.  We can appreciate that many of our customers are shopping for a special occasion and in some instances that date may be approaching rapidly!   Our targeted order dispatch time frame is one business day and the delivery target is 1-3 business days.  While we will do everything within our power to meet these targets there could be circumstances beyond our control that result in delayed delivery.  We will endeavour to keep you informed if any freight delays are experienced.

Delivery to physical addresses will be done by courier, P O Boxes by NZ Post and rural deliveries will be a combination of courier and NZ Post.

Q.  What if I need to send something back?

A.   We want you to be happy!  We have a ‘no questions asked return policy’ for the first 30 days after you buy something.  If something is not quite right get in touch so we can issue you a return number.  If the goods are faulty we will replace or refiund (your call) and we’ll pay the freight no worries.  If you just changed your mind or decide you’d really like the ‘green one’, no problem return the goods in an unused condition in the original packaging and we will happily exchange or refund (the value of the product only).  However the cost of the return freight will be on you.  After 30 days, we will absolutely honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where you have bought stuff as a consumer (ie not for the purposes of a business). 

 

 

Q.   I love your website but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for?

A.   Of course you do!  Don't hesitate to contact us with an inquiry about the availability of a product in a different size, colour or even a product that is not listed.  We would be more than happy to help source a special item.  It may be something that we could add to our ever expanding range.

 

Q.   What are your competition rules?

A.  Competition Rules:  Each competition is open to subscribers of our newsletter only. So by entering any of our competitions, you are agreeing to have your email address signed-up to our newsletter list. You can unsubscribe at any time however only those subscribed when the competition is drawn are eligible for prizes.  You also agree that we can publish your name if you win. One entry per person, per competition please.  Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives, for cash or store credit. We reserves the right to supply alternate prizes of the same value if due to unforeseen circumstances the advertised prize is not available at time of prize dispatch.   Prizes will only be shipped to New Zealand addresses.

 

 

Q.  Some of the pages on the site  have content that don't line up properly.  What's going on?

A.  If you're using an older version of Internet Explorer some of the content pages on this website display 'oddly'.   It basically puts the content to the very bottom of the page.  To fix the problem, embrace the latest and greatest and download browsers such as Internet Explorer 9, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (they are all free!!).
