1 tsp of sugar syrup (or castor sugar)
30ml fresh lime juice
4 mint leaves
6 ice cubes
60ml white rum
dash of Angostura bitters
slice of lime and cucumber to garnish
Put the sugar, lime juice & mint leaves into a cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add the rum and ice cubes and shake well.
Pour the entire contents into a highball glass.
Top up with soda water and add a dash of Angostura bitters.
Garish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
